Heard Mr. A.Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Addl. PP for the State respondent.

¶2It is submitted by Mr. B. Sharma, learned Addl. PP that Charge Sheet has been submitted before the CJM, Kamrup(M) in the case vide Charge Sheet No. 22/2024, dated 03.01.2024 in connection with Sonapur PS Case No. 229/2023.

¶3In view of the above, the Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below within 10(ten) days and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The interim order dated 05.12.2023 will continue for the next 10 days from the date of this order or till the petitioner's appearance before the learned Court below, whichever is earlier. The Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of.
