ORDER Date : 19.04.2024 Heard Mr. N. Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state of Assam who submits that though the case diary has arrived, however it is not updated and the same is updated only up to 18.12.2023. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this court by order dated 30.11.2023 and in pursuant to the directions of this court the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperated Page No.# 3/3 in the investigation. I have considered the allegations made against the present petitioners which are revealed from the FIR filed by the first informant. 3.Angshuman Phukan @ Angshumon Phukan and 4.Rijumoni Talukdar @ Rizu Talukdar were allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this court by order dated 30.11.2023 and the petitioners have cooperated in the investigation. The interim anticipatory bail granted to the present petitioners is hereby made absolute with the condition that they shall continue to cooperate with the investigation of the Dhubri P.S. Case No. 482/2023. With above observation, this bail application is hereby disposed of. Send back the case diary.
