Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent authority concerned with the passing of the order dated 26.06.2020 a copy of which has already been submitted on 07.03.2024. Upon considering the submissions made by the parties and upon the perusal of the order dated 26.06.2020, it is seen that the respondent authority concerned has passed the reasoned order as directed by this Court. If the petitioner is still aggrieved with the order that has been passed, he is at liberty to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings. The contempt petition stands closed.
