21.03.2024 It is submitted by the learned Additional PP that charge-sheet has already been filed being C.S. No. 35/2024 dated 29.02.2024 in connection with Sonapur Police Station Case No. 224/2023 under Sections 379/411 IPC read with Section Page No.# 2/2 11(1)(b)(d) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 and read with Section 13(1)/14 of Assam Cattle Preservation (Amendment) Act, 2021. In that view of the matter the present bail application stands closed with a liberty to the applicant to appear before the learned court below by filing appropriate application seeking regular bail. In the event of such appearance seeking regular bail, the same be considered as per law.
