26.02.2024 of the Superintendent of Police (Border), Hojai, Assam submitted that the applicant/writ petitioner has already registered his name under the provisions of Rule 19 of the Citizenship Rule, 2009, as amended, with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO), Nagaon vide No.R-6445 dated

06.12.2017 in pursuance of the order dated 29.08.2017, passed by the learned Member, Foreigners' Tribunal No.7th, Nagaon at Lanka in F.T./L/Case No. 457/2016, whereby, he was declared as a foreigner under the Foreigners Act, 1946 of the 01.01.1966 to 24.03.1971 stream as well as in pursuance of the interim order dated 01.11.2017, passed in the connected WP(C) No. 6425/2017. 3) The said WP(C) No. 6425/2017 was finally disposed of by order dated

24.09.2019 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 4) As the petitioner has already registered his name before the FRRO, Nagaon, he is not pressing this interlocutory application. 5) Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application, being not pressed, stands dismissed. 6) Copy of the letter No.HJI/B/HC/2024/063 dated 26.02.2024 of the Superintendent of Police (Border), Hojai, Assam, placed before the Court today by Ms. A.
