ORDER

05.02.2024 Heard Mrs. D. Sinha, learned counsel for the applicants. Also head Ms. A. Talukdar, learned Government Advocate, Assam appearing for the respondents. By the order dated 08.11.2023 the learned Single Judge had disposed of WP(C) No.3375/2023 with a direction upon the respondents to release the arrear salaries payable to the petitioners and also to consider if there are any further claims on their behalf. Mrs. Sinha submits that since the name of the petitioner No.1 is only reflected in the certified copy of the order, benefit of the order could not be availed by the petitioner No.2 viz., Smti. Jhalo Roy. As such, the instant I.A. has been filed with a prayer to direct the Registry to furnish certified copy of the order dated

08.11.2023 passed in WP(C) No.3375/2023 by incorporating the name of both the writ petitioners in the order. Ms. A. Talukdar, learned Government Advocate, Assam submits that she would have no objection if the prayer is allowed. This Court is also of the opinion that Page No.# 3/3 the prayer made by the applicant is justified. As such, the I.A. stands disposed of with a direction upon the Registry to do the needful by either issuing a common certified copy of the order dated

08.11.2023 passed in WP(C) No.3375/2023 or to issue separate copies of the order with the name of the petitioner No.2 clearly written therein. The aforesaid exercise be carried out as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three days. The applicants to file appropriate application on that behalf before the Registry. I.A. stands disposed of.
