Heard Mr.A. Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Nath, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who submits that the post of Anganwadi Worker, in question, was filled up by the order passed on 30/10/2022 i.e. before the interim order dated 05./12/2022 was passed by this Court. However, the fact that the order dated 30/12/2022 already issued was not brought to the Page No.# 2/2 notice of this Court. Subsequently, having learnt about the interim order dated 05/12/2022 passed by this Court, the concerned CDPO has passed an order dated 17/01/2024 cancelling the order of appointment dated 30/10/2022. As such, there is no violation of the Court's order das on date. In support of the above submission, Mr. Nath has produced a copy of the Office Order dated 17/01/2024 issued by the CDPO, Juria ICDS Project, Juria. The said order is taken on record. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition stands closed.
