Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who submits that though the case dairy was called for, however, in the meanwhile the charge has been laid vide charge-sheet No. 108/2023 dated 31.12.2023 against the present petitioner. Page No.# 2/2 In view of laying of charge-sheet, this bail application is disposed of with observation that the petitioner may approach and may seek relief before the learned Trial Court, if so advised.
