ORDER
07.03.2024 (S.K. Medhi, J) The instant Interlocutory Application has been filed praying for bail of the petitioner. We have been informed that vide an earlier order dated 15.03.2021, bail was granted to the petitioner but she did not appear in terms of the said order and therefore, was arrested. Shri Roshid, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the petitioner is suffering from ailment. We have been informed that the earlier order was dated 15.03.2021 whereas the petitioner was arrested only on
30.10.2023. Be that as it may, in view of the dismissal of the connected writ petition Page No.# 3/3 WP(C)/5239/2020 today, the present application for bail is also rejected. It is however provided that in case the petitioner is in requirement of any medical assistance, the same may be provided to her in the detention camp.
