¶1Heard Ms. G. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Page No.# 2/2 B.B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who has produced the case diary of Dispur P.S. Case No. 2130/2023, which was called for in connection with this case.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on 19.12.2023, this court granted interim bail to the petitioners, namely, 1. Mustafa Ahmed and

¶2Saddam Husasin, on certain conditions and in pursuant to the directions of this court, the above-named petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation.

¶3Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, has also submitted that the statements of the petitioners have already been recorded by the Investigating Officer under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

¶4In view of the fact that the petitioners have complied with the directions of this court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the above-named petitioners, by order dated 19.12.2023, is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. (ii) and (iii) attached to the said order remaining intact.

¶5With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of.
