ORDER

05.01.2024 Heard Mr N J Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr M P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

¶2It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner, Madhab Sarkar, vide CS No. 394/2023, dated

15.09.2023, in connection with Karimganj PS Case No. 233/2023, under Sections Page No.# 2/2 21(c)/22(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act.

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court and apply for bail, if so advised and the learned Court may consider any such application, as per law.

¶4Matter is closed.
