¶1Heard Mr. M. A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by order dated 13.12.2023 passed by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have cooperated in the investigation.

¶3On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in the meanwhile the charge-sheet has been laid vide Charge-sheet No. 436/2023 dated 23.12.2023.

¶4In view of the fact of laying of the charge-sheet as well as in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the interim bail Page No.# 3/3 granted to the above named is hereby made absolute.

¶5With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
