Mr. K. Baishya, learned APP submits that the final report has been submitted in connection with Boko PS Case No. 912/2019 exonerating the petitioner, namely, Md. Sahidul Islam from any acquisition in connection with Boko PS Case No. Page No.# 2/2 912/2019. Therefore, it appears that the apprehension of arrest in connection with the said case would no longer be alive. Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail under Section 438 CrPC stands disposed of as the petitioner, namely, Md. Sahidul Islam is no longer required in connection with the said Boko PS Case No. 912/2019. Mr. A. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner is present.
