Gogoi, learned standing counsel, Finance department. It is submitted by Ms. B. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner that the arrear substance allowance has been credited to the petitioner and he has accordingly received the same. That being the limited prayer of the writ petitioner and the grievance having been redressed, there is no further cause to pursue in the present writ petition. Writ petition accordingly stands closed. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the respective counsels, the respondents are expected to continue to release the subsistence allowance of the petitioner as per provision of law during the currency of his suspension.
