Heard Ms. G. Deka, learned counsel for the accused petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Addl. P.P., Assam. It is submitted by Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Addl. P.P., Assam that charge-Page No.# 2/2 sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 39/24, dated 21.03.2024. In view of the above, the bail application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to apply for bail before the learned Trial Court, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. This disposes of the bail application.
