Heard Ms. T. Som, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. A. Begum, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. Pursuant to the earlier order dated 22.12.2023, Ms. A. Begum, learned Addl. Page No.# 2/2 Public Prosecutor for the State respondent has obtained necessary instruction from the Officer-in-charge of Dhekiajuli P.S. and as per her instruction, no case is pending against the present applicant in Dhekiajuli P.S. In view of the above, this application filed by the applicant namely, Mubaraque Hussain is not maintainable, and accordingly, the same stands closed. The report submitted by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor shall be made part of the record.
