22.03.2024 Heard Mr. R.L. Chutia, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the Page No.# 2/2 meanwhile, charge-sheet has been laid bearing C.S. No. 09/2024 dated

31.01.2024. It appears from record that by order dated 22.12.2023, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuant to the directions of this court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. In view of the laying of the charge-sheet as well as in view of the fact that the petitioner has co-operated and has complied with the directions of this court, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the above named petitioner, by order dated 22.12.2023 is hereby made absolute, with condition Nos. ii,iii and iv attached to the said order remaining intact. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
