Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some mistake in constitution of this contempt petition, as a result of which, the matter cannot be pursued in accordance with law. She, therefore, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Page No.# 2/2 contempt case with liberty to file afresh after rectifying the defect. Having heard the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt case stands closed on withdrawal. The petitioner would, however, be at liberty to approach this Court once again, by filing appropriate petition, in accordance with law, if so advised.
