This is an application under Section 438 of the CrPC in respect of Gauripur P.S. Case No.28/2022, registered under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 376(D) of the said Code. Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State of Assam submits that in this case, charge sheet being C.S. No.681/23 dated 30.11.2023 has been laid.
