ORDER Date : 30.01.2024 Mr. B. Kaushik, learned standing counsel Secondary Education Department in terms of the earlier directions passed by this Court in the matter has today, furnished a copy of an order dated 18.01.2024, issued by the Secretary, Government of Assam, Department of School Education, wherein, the consideration in terms of the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 14.06.2023 in WP(C)No.90/2022 was undertaken with regard to the services of the petitioner and the authority has come to the conclusion that given the nature of the services of the petitioner, their services for regularization cannot be considered. The said order dated 18.01.2024, on perusal, shows that the same is so issued in compliance with the directions passed by this Court vide the above order and there is no willful and deliberate violation of the directions passed by this Court. In view of the above position, this Contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is reserved for the petitioner to assail the order dated
