Heard Md M.S. Ali, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for impleadment of Sri Prithwish Kumar Chaki, Director of Pension & Public Grievances, Government of Assam, Housefed, Dispur Guwahati-6 and Smti Suranjana Senapati, Director of Elementary Education, Assam as respondents No. 2 and 3. Md M.S. Ali, learned counsel submits that the earlier incumbent i.e. the respondent No.2 Bhabesh Deka has already been transferred and in his place Sri Prithwish Kumar Chaki has been appointed as Director of Pension & Public Grievances, Government of Assam, whereas, the respondent No.3 Sanjib Kumar Bhuyan has expired and in his place Smti Suranjana Senapati has been appointed as Director of Elementary Education, Assam, therefore, he prays for impleadment of both Sri Prithwish Kumar Chaki, Director of Pension & Public Grievances, Government of Assam, Housefed, Dispur Guwahati-6 and Smti Suranjana Senapati, Director of Elementary Education, Assam as respondents No. 2 and 3 in the Contempt Case. Having considered the submission and on perusal of the application, I deem it appropriate to allow the Interlocutory Application. Accordingly, Sri Prithwish Kumar Chaki, Director of Pension & Public Grievances, Government of Assam, Housefed, Dispur Guwahati-6 and Smti Suranjana Senapati, Director of Elementary Education, Assam are allowed to be impleaded as respondents No. 2 and 3 in the Contempt Case. I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
