Ms. J. Aktar, learned counsel puts in appearance on behalf of the sole respondent. This Interlocutory Application, under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, is preferred on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to condone the delay of 283 days occasioned in filing the connected writ appeal. Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate, Assam appearing for the applicants has submitted that against the judgment impugned in the connected writ appeal, identical appeals have already been admitted by this Court after condoning the delay. Ms. J. Aktar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the sole respondent has not seriously opposed the Interlocutory Application. In such circumstances, the present Interlocutory Application is allowed and the delay of 283 days in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned. The Registry is directed to register and number the connected writ appeal and list the same before this Court for admission after a week. The present Interlocutory Application is, accordingly, disposed of. JUDGE CHIEF JUSTICE Comparing Assistant
