ORDER Date : 17-05-2024 Mr. M. Solo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the service of the petitioner has already been regularized by the State respondent vide office order no. CE/PHE/EST-WC/R-30/2016 issued by the Additional Chief Engineer & HOD, Office of the Chief Engineer, PHED, Kohima, Nagaland dated 21.02.2024, and thus, the Page No.# 2/2 matter has become infructuous, and, prays for allowing him to withdraw the writ petition. The prayer is allowed. Ms. Inaholi, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents is present. This writ petition accordingly stands disposed of on being withdrawn.
