Rungsung, learned counsel for the respondent This is an application filed praying for leave of this Court to implead the State of Nagaland ,through the Officer-in-Charge East PS, Dimapur Nagaland as party respondent no. 2 in the connected Criminal revision petition No. 10/2022. The learned counsel for the Page No.# 2/2 applicant submits that pursuant to the order of the learned JMFC, the police had investigated into the case and submitted enquiry report before the said court, and hence, the State is a necessary party to the Criminal revision petition. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the impleadment of the State as party respondent no. 2. In view of the above, this IA is allowed. The petitioner is allowed to implead the State as respondent No. 2 in the criminal revision petition no. 10/2022 This IA stands disposed of.
