ORDER Date : 03-06-2024 Heard Mr. Taka Kichu, learned counsel for the appli-cant/petitioner. Also heard Mr. V. Zhimomi, learned P.P. for the State of Nagaland. The learned P.P. submits that after completion of the investigation and on being found prima facie case against the accused petitioner, the case has been charge-sheeted Page No.# 2/2 against the accused persons including the present petitioner for offence under section 409/420/468/469/471/120 IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the case has already been charge-sheeted, the custodial interrogation or custodial remand of the accused applicant may not be required. However, the petitioner is ready to co-operate and appear before the trial Court; hence, prays that the interim bail granted to the accused be made absolute. Since the case has already been submitted into charge-sheet the interrogation or remand of the accused appli-cant may not be required for the purpose of the trial of the case. In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 03.05.2024 is hereby made absolute and regularized on the same terms and conditions with further condition that the accused shall regularly appear before the trial Court. This order shall be read along with the order dated

03.05.2024. With the above observation, this bail application stands disposed of.
