ORDER Date : 20-05-2024 Heard Ms. Viketsono, learned counsel for the appli-cant and Mr. Imti Imsong, learned Addl. A.G. for the State re-spondent Nos. 1 & 3. This is an application seeking leave of this Court to implead Shri Vikeyie Kenya who has been recently posted as the Home Commissioner, Government of Nagaland in place of the earlier incumbent Shri Abhijit Sinha who has been transferred out of the State. The learned counsel for the respondents has no ob-jection. In view of the above, the prayer is allowed. Let Shri Vikeyie Kenya, Home Commissioner, Govern-ment of Nagaland be impleaded as respondent No.4. The appli-cant shall file the amended cause title by impleading the newly posted Home Commissioner as respondent No.4 in the COP(C) 39/2019. I.A. stands disposed of.
