07.03.2024 Heard Ms. Berta Tep, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. V. Suokhrie, learned Additional A.G., Nagaland, who submits that the Order of the Court against this contempt petition has already been complied with and in support of her contention she has produced the Office Order dated 21.02.2024. On perusal of the said Office Order it appears that the service of the petitioner, Mr. H. Metkai, has been regularized as W/C Khalasi against the post created vide Cabinet Approval No. CAB-1/14/2023 dated 23.01.2024. In view of compliance of the Order against which this contempt petition was filed nothing remains in this contempt petition, and therefore, this contempt case is hereby closed.
