This is an application under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for impleading the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Kohima, Nagaland as a party Respondent to the instant proceedings.

¶2The need has arisen in view of a pleading so taken by the Respondents in their affidavit-in-opposition that the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Kohima, Nagaland is a necessary party to the instant proceedings. Under such circumstances, in the opinion of this Court, the instant application is required to be allowed.

¶3Accordingly, the instant application is allowed thereby impleading the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Kohima, Nagaland as Respondent No.4 to the instant proceedings.

¶4The learned counsel for the Petitioner shall file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court by

07.06.2024 and on the basis of the said Memo of Parties and the instant order, the Registry shall make necessary correction in the records of the accompanying writ petition and also update the same in the CIS. Page No.# 3/3
