The Gauhati High Court v. Shri. T. Akumba Yimchunger and 5 Ors

This is an application filed by the Applicant seeking impleadment to the instant writ proceedings on the ground that any order so passed in the instant writ proceedings Page No.# 2/2 would affect the rights of the Applicant.

¶2The learned counsel for the Petitioner in the accompanying writ petition who is the Opposite Party herein does not object to the instant application.

¶3Accordingly, this Court therefore impleads the Gauhati High Court represented by its Registrar, Gauhati High Court Kohima Bench, Minister Hills, Kohima, Nagaland as the Respondent No.6 to the accompanying writ petition.

¶4The learned counsel for the Applicant shall file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court and on the basis of the said Memo of Parties and the instant order, the Registry shall make necessary correction to the records of the accompanying writ petition and also update the same in the CIS.

¶5I.A. stands allowed.
