This is an application filed by the Applicant to implead the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Kohima, Nagaland as Respondent No.4 to the accompanying writ petition.

¶2This Court has duly taken note of the dispute involved in the instant proceedings wherein the Applicant has filed the accompanying writ petition being aggrieved by non-release of the salary.

¶3Taking into account that the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Kohima, Nagaland is a necessary party to the instant proceedings, this Court impleads the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Kohima, Nagaland as Respondent No.4 to the accompanying writ petition.

¶4The learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court by

07.06.2024 and on the basis of the said Memo of Parties and the instant order, the Registry shall make necessary correction in the cause title of the accompanying writ petition Page No.# 3/3 and also update the same in the CIS.

¶5I.A. stands allowed.
