19.02.2024 Heard Mr. D. Gogoi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, who submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition taking into account that there is a formal defect in the instant writ petition of not challenging the actions of the respondent authority in not selecting the petitioners. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal, however, the petitioners are given the liberty to re-file by challenging the Select List. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
