Heard Ms. Atsula Kips, learned counsel for the appli-cant. By filing this I.A, the applicant contended that the earlier incumbent Dr. Moangwati Aier, IAS, Commissioner & Sec-retary to the Government of Nagaland, PHED (respondent No.2) Page No.# 2/2 and Er.Repayangba, Chief Engineer, PHED (respondent No.3) in COP (C) 5/2024 has retired from their respective services during the pendency of the contempt petition, and in their places Shri Mhonbemo Patton, IA&AS Principal Secretary, PHED Nagaland Kohima and Er. L. Leiyang Khaimnuingan, Chief Engineer, PHED Nagaland Kohima respectively has been posted therefore, prays for their impleadment as respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in the con-tempt petition. Prayer is considered and allowed. Let Shri E. Mhonbemo Patton, IA&AS, Principal Sec-retary, PHED and Er. L. Leiyang, Chief Engineer, PHED Nagaland Kohima be impleaded as respondent Nos. 4 and 5 respectively in the contempt petition. With the above, I.A. stands disposed of.
