Heard Ms. Atsula Kips, learned counsel for the appli-cant.. By filing this I.A, the applicant submits that the ear-lier incumbent Smti Chubasangla Anar, IAS, Commissioner & Page No.# 2/2 Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, P & AR Department (respondent No.1), Er. Krosu Rhetso, Engineer-in-Chief, PWD, Nagaland Kohima (respondent No.3) and Er. Kevide Nakhro, Chief Engineer (R & B) (respondent No.4) in COP (C) 5/2023 has retired from their services during the pendency of the contempt petition and in their place Shri Anoop Khinchi, IAS has been posted as Commissioner & Secretary, P &AR Department, Naga-land Kohima, Er. Imna Ao as Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD Nagaland Kohima and Er. Swarai Meru as Chief Engineer, R & B, PWD Na-galand Kohima respectively and therefore, prays for impleading them as respondent Nos. 5,6 and 7 respectively in the contempt petition. In view of the above, prayer for deletion of respon-dent Nos. 1,3 and 4 and for impleadment of the new incumbent as respondent Nos. 5,6 and 7 are allowed. With the above, I.A. stands disposed of.
