06.09.2024 Heard Mr. S. K. Medhi, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Solo, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. The present review petition was filed seeking review of judgment and order dated 10.03.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 86(K)/2020. It is submitted by Mr. Medhi, learned counsel for the petitioner that the land acquisition compensation in question has already been deposited before the Deputy Commissioner, District Dimapur through State Bank of India, Cash Management Product Fund Transfer. Such fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition filed alleging non compliance of this Court's judgment and order dated 10.03.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 86(K)/2020 has also been closed. In the aforesaid background, Mr. Medhi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the order has already been complied with, this Court may recall only the order of cost imposed upon the petitioner under its order dated

10.03.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 86(K)/2020 to the tune of Rs. 50,000/-. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 on instruction submits that she has no objection if the cost is dispensed with for the reason that the land acquisition compensation has already been deposited. Considering the above, this Court is of the view that this review petition can be closed without recalling the earlier order dated 10.03.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 86(K)/2020, however, the cost of Rs. 50,000/- imposed is recalled as the land acquisition compensation has already been deposited. Accordingly the review petition stands closed.
