Heard Mr. Sentiyanger, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. N. Angami, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1; Mr. N. Longkumer, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 & 3; and Ms. M.H. Aye, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4.

Mr. Sentiyanger, learned counsel for the petitioner producing a letter of Senior Accounts Officer (Pension Cell), dated 18.03.2024, addressed to the Senior Treasury Officer, Longleng, Nagaland, submits that the family pension of the petitioner has already been settled and the order of this Court having been complied with, the petitioner is not willing to proceed with this matter and therefore, the same may be closed.

The learned counsel for the respondents also submits that the family pension of the petitioner has already been settled.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this petition becomes infructuous and accordingly, the same stands closed.

The letter of the Senior Accounts Officer (Pension Cell), dated

18.03.2024, shall be a part of the record.
