The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent No.1 Shri Anoop Khinchi, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Nagaland, Department of P &AR and the respondent No.2 Dr. Maongwati Aier, Commissioner & Secre-Page No.# 2/2 tary to the Govt. of Nagaland, Department of PHED are no longer holding their posts and in their place new incumbent namely, Shri Ramakrishnan, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Nagaland, Department of P &AR and Shri E. Mhonbemo Pat-ton, IA &AS, Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Nagaland, De-partment of PHED have been posted and prays for impleading them as respondent Nos. 4 and 5 respectively in the contempt petition. Prayer is considered and allowed. Let Shri Ramakrishnan, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Nagaland, Department of P &AR be impleaded as respondent No.4 and Shri E. Mhonbemo Patton, IA &AS, Princi-pal Secretary to the Govt. of Nagaland, Department of PHED be impleaded as respondent No.5 in the contempt petition. With the above, this I.A. stands allowed and dis-posed of.
