The learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve the requisite copies of the Writ Petition to the newly impleaded respondent in the course of the day. Mr. L.T. Sangtam, learned Additional Advocate General as well as Mr. Sentiyanger, the learned counsel for the newly impleaded respondent shall file their respective affidavit within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today and an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the Writ Petition on the next returnable date. It is made clear that the change of the Project location regarding construction of Multipurpose Building from Mongsenyimti Village to Chakpa under Mokokchung District shall be subject to the outcome of the present Writ Petition.
