21.02.2024, the service of the petitioner, Ms. Wobeno has been regularised as R/Khalasi against the post created vide Cabinet Approval dated 23.01.2024, By placing a copy of the said Office Order dated 21.02.2024, Mr. Longkumer has submitted that since the petitioner got the relief during the pendency of the writ petition, there is no necessity to proceed further with the writ petition. In view of the above submission made by Mr. Longkumer, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. A copy of the said Office Order dated 21.02.2024 placed by Mr. Longkumer, be kept with the case record.
