The matters come upon for consideration of I.A.(Civil) No.2/2024 and I.A. (Civil) No.21/2024, preferred by the applicants with a prayer to condone the Page No.# 3/3 delay of 213 days and 240 days, respectively, in filing the connected writ appeals. Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have not seriously opposed the applications. Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and after going through the contents of the applications, we deem it appropriate to allow the applications. Hence, I.A.(Civil) No.2/2024 and I.A.(Civil) No.21/2024 are allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 213 days and 240 days, respectively, in filing the connected writ appeals, are condoned. Registry is directed to list the connected writ appeals before the next available Division Bench after 2(two) weeks. In the meantime, the copies of the writ appeals be furnished to the learned counsels for the respondents by the applicants/appellants within a period of 2(two) days.
