Heard Mr. Lalfakawma, learned counsel for the applicant who submits that the Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Commerce & Industries Department should be impleaded as respondent No. 4, inasmuch as, the Zoram Industrial Development Corporation Limited (ZIDCO) is under the Commerce & Industries Department. Mrs. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate submits that she does not object to the impleadment of the respondent No. 4. In view of the submission made by the counsels for the parties, the Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Commerce & Industries Department is impleaded as respondent No. 4.
