BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 26.04.2023 Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC has produced a communication dated

10.03.2023, wherein at paragraph No. 4, it is stated that approval of Award No. 5, Additional-I of 2021 for construction of K-P-T road at Km 20.00 to 30.00 in Siaha District Mizoram amounting to Rs. 1,91,79,312.00 was received from the Government of Mizoram, Land Revenue & Settlement Department vide letter dated 07.04.2022. However, Corrigendum to RAE is under process for additional land compensation. After sanction of Job, payment will be made to land owners. Be it stated herein that out of the 43 writ petitioners, only 7 (seven) of them Page No.# 12/12 have not been paid. The aforesaid amount pertains to the payment to be made to the 7 (seven) petitioners. The learned CGC shall obtain appropriate instructions from the respondent authority concerned regarding the corrigendum to RAE, which is under process by the next Court date. The learned CGC shall also inform the Court, by which time the amount of compensation can be disbursed to the 7 (seven) land owners. List the matter again after 2 (two) weeks. The Communication dated 10.03.2023 is placed on record and marked as 'Z' for identification.
