Mrs. Valentina Laldinpuii, learned counsel for the petitioner is present along with Mrs. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Govt. Advocate for the respondent Nos. 8 & 16, who appears through VC and Ms. H.C. Deborah appeared on behalf of Mrs. Linda L. Fambawl, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6, 9, 11, 12, 18 & 21 and Mr. Lawmawma Ralte, learned counsel appeared for the respondent Nos. 14 & 15. It is submitted by the learned counsels that the respondents have complied with the Judgment & Order of this Court dated 12.11.2020 in WP(C) No. 103/2020, wherein, the petitioners have been paid the compensation amount due to them as per the said judgment and order. In view of the above submissions, this Court find that the Cont.Cas(C)/7/2021 can be closed and accordingly stands disposed.
