Heard Ms. Valentina Laldinpuii, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. C. Zoramchhana, learned Special Public Prosecutor for NCB. Ms. Valentina Laldinpuii, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this bail application on the ground of some technical irregularities. In this context, Mr. Zoramchhana, learned Special Public Prosecutor raised no objection on the Page No.# 2/2 prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, as prayed for, this bail application stands disposed of on withdrawal with a liberty granted to the applicant to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
