The learned counsels for both the parties have submitted that in view of the judgment and order of the Apex Court in State of Andhra Pradesh Vs. Page No.# 2/2 Md. Hussain @ Saleem and Sadhwi Pragya Singh Thakur Vs. National Investigation Agency, reported in (2014) 1 SCC 258, this bail application is to be laid before the Division Bench. The learned counsel for the applicant has therefore prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant bail application with a permission to file the matter before the appropriate Bench. Prayer is allowed. This Bail Application No. 15/2024 is allowed to be withdrawn with a permission to file afresh before the appropriate Bench. Accordingly, Bail Application No. 15/2024 stands disposed of.
