Heard Ms. Ruth Lalruatfeli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. H. C. Debora Lalnunziri, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 11. In the last Order dated 26.05.2025, it was reflected that the respondent No. 11 had placed on record the copies of the awarded amount which has been calculated by the Deputy Commissioner, Aizawl District. In pursuance thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner had prayed for some time to get instruction as to the fact that although the copies of the Award was placed, but the same was not dated. Today when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some further time to get the instruction. In view of the above, list the matter after two weeks on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
