Tochhawng and Mrs. Linda L. Fambawl, learned Additional Advocate General respectively. We have perused the last Court's Order dated 28.02.2024, by which the learned Additional Advocate General was required to apprise the Court about the steps taken by the State authorities by way of an additional affidavit and keeping in mind particularly the observation made by this Court in para 9 of the Order dated 22.01.2022. As stated above, Mrs. Linda L. Fambawl, learned Additional Advocate General is reported to be out of station on medical ground but this Court is informed by Mrs. H. Lalmalsawmi, learned Government Advocate that the learned Additional Advocate General has just received the required documents for filing the additional affidavit as directed by this Court and therefore, she prays for two weeks' time for the purpose. Considering the above submission, matter stands adjourned to be listed again on 15.05.2024.
