08.03.2024 Heard Mr. A R Malhotra, learned counsel for the applicant who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of the Director General, Assam Rifles, DIG, 23rd Sector Assam Rifles and Commandant, 39th Assam Rifles as respondent Nos. 12, 13 & 14 respectively. The learned counsel submits that impleadment of the said authority is required for effective adjudication of the case. Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC appearing for the respondent Union of India has no objection to the prayer. In view of above, the application for impleadment of the above authority is hereby allowed.
