12.07.2023. The learned counsel submits that since the cause of action survives, the application for substituting the respondent No. 1 may be allowed. Ms. Ruth Lalruatfeli, learned counsel for respondent the No. 1 submits that she has no objection if the application for substitution is allowed so that the matter can be decided on merits. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, the Page No.# 4/4 application for substituting the respondent No. 1 is hereby allowed.
