29.05.2025 Heard Mr. Michael Pachuau, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the newspaper publication has been made and affidavit to that effect is filed. On perusal of the affidavit filed, it is seen that the newspaper publication has been made in the two local newspapers, i.e. Vanglaini dated

16.05.2025 and Newslink dated 15.05.2025. In view of the above, notice is deemed to be completed upon respondent Nos. 6 & 7, however, none appeared for the respondent Nos. 6 Page No.# 4/4 & 7. Mr. Lalchhanliana Khiangte, learned counsel appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4. None appeared for the respondent No. 5 though notice was deemed to be complete vide this Court's Order dated

05.05.2025. The learned counsel for the appellant has prayed that the name of respondent No. 5 be struck off since he had also not appeared before the learned Tribunal. Accordingly, name of respondent No. 5 is struck off. It is seen that TCR is received and since the appeal is already admitted, matter is to be listed for hearing after 2 (two) weeks.
