ORDER Date : 26.03.2024 Heard Ms. Lalawmpuii Fanai, learned counsel for the appellants along with Mr. T. Lalnunsiama, learned counsel for the respondent. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the instant RFA since the value of the suit property is found to be only Rs. 8,00,000/- and therefore, it appears that she has approach the wrong forum. In view of the above, as prayed for, the learned counsel is allowed to withdraw the instant RFA with a permission to approach the correct forum, if so advised. Any previous order/s passed in connection with the RFA may stand vacated. Accordingly, RFA No. 19/2023 stands disposed as above.
